Time capsule

 A time capsule created in honor of Overlook's Centennial will capture a slice of life at Overlook Hospital, circa 2006, for posterity. The capsule will be opened at the Bicentennial celebration in the year 2106.

The capsule includes mostly written documents and some small medical devices, including a stethoscope, X-rays, diagnostic test results, a bill for a stay at the hospital, an annual report, the Centennial Book and other written materials from the Centennial Celebration. Other information, such as clinical approaches to medical problems, hospital statistics, and stories about daily life will give future staff members a glimpse of what it was like to work at Overlook Hospital in 2006.
